Martin Luther King said: “In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends”.

We believe now is the time for everyone’s voice to be heard: we stand with the Black Community. We support this powerful yet simple statement about people. We are not taking a political position about this; we are taking a human position. We value people and their rights. Our position applies to the clear injustices that impact all underrepresented groups of people. Right now, statements are easy to make, but effective action is what’s needed.

Our action plan is clear: Everyday, we will work to be anti-racist through our words and our interactions with staff, clients, vendors and others; we’ll treat all people fairly and with respect; we’ll work to seek out opportunities within our own industry to discuss these issues and advance these practices; and we’ll strive to improve the diversity of our own company. We will fail at times, but there is no time to linger on failure. We will learn from our actions, from the people in our home city of Orlando and the communities where we operate, and we will move forward with peace and compassion in our heart. We stand with all people that oppose racism. We ask our friends, colleagues and clients to stand with us.
