A New Innovation Retail Concept with Help from Monster XP

It can be a little overwhelming when you walk into one of the big nutrition stores. But one retailer is taking steps to elevate and simplify the shopping experience. The Vitamin Shoppe, the specialty retailer of nutritional products, recently launched a new innovation store in Edgewater, N.J. which includes installation of a large format digital display behind the Cashwrap, ongoing promotional content and monitoring services from Monster XP.  The store brings a new vision to wellness retail, incorporating technology-driven innovations in product, service, and education into The Vitamin Shoppe experience.

Sharon Leite, Chief Executive Officer of The Vitamin Shoppe, helps explain their new approach. “Our newly remodeled Edgewater location represents the next generation of stores for The Vitamin Shoppe, and will inform the future direction of our total retail experience. We have taken the elevated aesthetic of a modern apothecary and imbued it with leading-edge technology and services that will simplify and demystify the experience of shopping for health and wellness supplements.”

The Vitamin Shoppe launched this concept with key digital messaging that celebrates their refreshed brand and reinforces the rigorous quality assurance protocols that The Vitamin Shoppe has in place that ensures ingredient purity and potency through validation from independent, third-party labs. Their digital strategy includes plans to leverage content that will enhance the customer shopping experience, serve to educate consumers and, of course, drive sales.

The Vitamin Shoppe currently plans to many new stores following this new format as they move into 2020, and MonsterXP is looking forward to working with them in each location.
